This strike zone is made out of 10 millimeter coroplast board and is intended for lightweight or plastic balls. The use of baseballs, softballs or tennis balls could cause damage to the board. Batters should stand far enough away from the board so not to hit it at any point in their swing. The H stand is intended to be inserted into grass or dirt and used as support for the board. If the ground where you insert this H stand is dry or hard, we recommend wetting the area first or piloting holes before inserting the H stand. This product is intended for in-ground use and not intended to be set above ground on astroturf, carpet, asphalt, or gym floor surfaces. Keep out of the reach of children under the age of 8.
