We live in Florida, so why not have a winter camp! For those of you who will be in town, we will be hosting a Winter Camp from Friday, December 27th - Monday December 30th each day starting at 10:00 am and ending at 1:00 pm. All genders welcome for ages 6 - 12. The registration fee is $135/week, and we also have an individual day option for $40.00/day. Siblings can use the promo code: SIBS for a 10% discount. Similar to our summer camp we will play an array of games, all of which are intended to develop hand eye coordination, footwork and athletic movement.

Drop off begins at 9:30 am and pickup begins at 1:00. Campers do not need to bring any bats, balls or gloves. Campers should bring a refillable water bottle and a small snack. Campers should wear gym shoes and a ball cap. Since the weather may be cool, layered clothing is recommended.

Our days usually begin with addressing the campers and outlining today’s goals, games and format. After a brief stretch we would break into 4 groups (made up of 6-8/group) and assign each group a starting station. We rotate stations every 20 minutes or so, each station working specific skills (fielding, hitting, pitching, footwork, etc). The average weather lows for this time of year in St. Augustine is 50 degrees. With a 10:00 am start time we are hoping it will warm up a bit. If the weather were to drop below 50 or rain, we have indoor space available. No need to worry about a day of camp being cancelled! We will keep them moving and entertained whether we are inside or out.

About your camp instructor:

Hello! My name is Nate Fudala. I am a Flagler graduate (2012) where I played 4 years of Baseball. I am currently coaching Softball at SJA High School in St. Augustine, FL. We have been running this camp for about 5 years now. It is exciting to see former campers returning, and also to meet the new campers who heard about it from their friends. I really look forward to the opportunity to work with young ballplayers. Our camp strives to be engaging, fun and instructive for everyone who attends. Our coaches/camp counselors include myself, and others SJA Softball/Baseball players or coaches. Thank you to all for your interest and participation in camp. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. See you there!!
